That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Army Reserve: On a wreath of the colors Argent and Azure, the Lexington Minute Man Proper. The statue of the Minute Man, Captain John Parker, H.H. Kitson, sculptor, stands on the Common in Lexington, Massachusetts.

The shield is blue for Infantry; the annulets simulate "O," thus indicating the State to which the Regiment is allocated (Ohio), and the fleurs-de-lis indicate the service overseas the number and arrangement of the charges 3-3-1 indicate the designation of the Regiment.

The crest is that of the United States Army Reserve.
The coat of arms was approved on 14 August 1931.
